Return Policy

Due to the fact that Pike Design a small business, all returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any shipping, insurance, etc will be the responsibility of the returning party. We strongly recommend having package tracking and insurance on returned items.

If your order arrives to you damaged, we will gladly send a replacement. Simply email us at thepikedesign@gmail.com. We will need a picture of the damaged item, proof of purchase, and the damaged item(s) has been received by us in order to issue a replacement.

Replacements for damaged items may take up to 30 days to ship (depending on availability of materials).
